Key Responsibilities
- Support hiring across various technical functions within Engineering
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for non-technical roles and ensure a smooth hiring process
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in software engineering
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a growth-stage startup
- Strong knowledge of ATS (preferably Greenhouse) and sourcing platforms (preferably HireEZ)
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for building diverse teams
- Familiarity with open-source communities is a plus
