Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT positions, from role briefing to offer acceptance
- Build partnerships with hiring managers to understand team needs and align on hiring strategies
- Design and execute sourcing strategies and track recruitment metrics for process optimization
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, specifically for IT roles
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in using data to improve hiring efficiency
- Hands-on experience in optimizing recruitment processes and building scalable workflows
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a dynamic environment
- B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
