Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst to assist with the administration and delivery of various benefit programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of contact for resolving complex participant issues and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with benefits administration during the Open Enrollment period and provide operational support for benefits programs
- Monitor vendor partner interfaces for data integrity and produce ongoing reports for plan administration and compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits administration
- Experience with ADP Payroll EV5 is a plus
- Knowledge of ERISA and multi-state leave
- Proficiency in advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Workday HRIS
