HRIS Integration Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Integration & Automation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Configure and enhance Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) and chatbot tools, focusing on user experience
• Identify opportunities for automation in HR operations and streamline digital processes across HR platforms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 3-5 years of experience developing Oracle HCM Cloud integrations, preferably with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• 1-2 years of experience customizing and designing in Redwood Applications
• Experience with chatbot/AI solutions, particularly Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA)
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Certification and Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Certification (one or more modules) are required; Oracle Redwood Application Developer Certification is highly preferred
