- 10+ years of progressive business partnering experience, preferably in high-growth tech environments
- Experience supporting multiple G&A verticals (e.g., Legal, IT, Finance)
- Proven success influencing senior leaders in fast-paced, global environments
- Deep understanding of compliance and employee relations across the US
- Knowledge of HR disciplines including performance management and organizational effectiveness
