Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the recruiting function to align with organizational goals and staffing needs
- Direct a team of recruiters in high-volume recruitment efforts, overseeing sourcing and interviewing
- Develop and report key recruiting metrics to improve hiring outcomes and workforce planning
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong track record in sourcing and hiring for various roles, including hourly and leadership positions
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office
