Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner to drive global consistency, operational efficiency, and compliance across HR processes
- Lead global HR projects, including cross-border M&A integration and policy harmonization
- Oversee global HR systems optimization and ensure compliance with changing employment laws
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience in a corporate environment, with a focus on global HR operations
- Deep understanding of global and U.S. employment laws and compliance practices
- Broad expertise across core HR disciplines, including performance management and compensation
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence stakeholders effectively
