Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in engineering roles
• Technical credibility with familiarity in modern engineering stacks like Typescript, React, and AWS
• Experience designing and running hiring processes from sourcing to hire
• Comfortable hiring across borders and managing time zones
• Passion for building diverse, high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
