Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Sr. Recruiter - Design & Creative for a 6-month assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid- to senior-level design and creative positions
• Partner with design leaders to understand business needs and team culture
• Proactively source and engage top creative talent through various platforms and networks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of recruiting experience, or 9+ years of relevant work experience without a degree
• Proven track record in a design/creative recruiting environment, ideally within apparel or consumer brands
• Ability to manage multiple searches effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sourcing skills with proficiency in Boolean search and design-specific techniques
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting analytics
