Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid- to senior-level design and creative positions
- Partner with design leaders to understand business needs and team culture
- Proactively source and engage top creative talent through various platforms and networks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of recruiting experience, or 9+ years of relevant work experience without a degree
- Proven track record in a design/creative recruiting environment, ideally within apparel or consumer brands
- Ability to manage multiple searches effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing skills with proficiency in Boolean search and design-specific techniques
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting analytics
