Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze compensation-related data and provide insights through presentations and dashboards to support decision-making
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation, particularly in sales or Go-to-Market organizations
  • Experience in designing and managing broad-based compensation programs
  • Ability to analyze complex data and present insights to stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles and market benchmarking
