Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary compensation partner for recruiting teams, HRBPs, and business leaders, integrating compensation principles with business needs
- Develop innovative compensation strategies to attract and retain talent while ensuring alignment with market conditions and company priorities
- Analyze compensation-related data and provide insights through presentations and dashboards to support decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation, particularly in sales or Go-to-Market organizations
- Experience in designing and managing broad-based compensation programs
- Ability to analyze complex data and present insights to stakeholders
- Strong understanding of compensation principles and market benchmarking
