A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst - Leave of Absence & ADA Accommodation.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage all aspects of leave of absence programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Lead analysis of leave and accommodation data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to ensure accurate processing of leaves and benefits
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR, LOA, or ADA
- Understanding of FMLA, ADA, and Workers' Compensation regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
