A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to manage HR technology systems and enhance automation and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR tech functionality, configurations, and vendor relationships
- Identify and implement process automation and partner with AI solutions for increased efficiency
- Maintain data integrity and design reports and dashboards for insights
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS, HR technology, or related systems administration roles
- Experience with automation, integrations, and/or AI-enabled tools preferred
- Strong technical aptitude with HR systems
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
