Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent & People Generalist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruiting logistics, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate communication
  • Oversee employee onboarding and maintain HR systems and employee records for compliance
  • Implement HR policies, processes, and support engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a similar role
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and HRIS tools
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • Knowledge of basic employment laws and HR best practices is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and build processes from scratch
