Key Responsibilities
- Establish partnerships with employees and management to communicate HR policies and regulations
- Serve as a change agent to drive strategic growth plans within the business unit
- Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a Business Partner role
- Experience working with senior management and translating strategy into execution plans
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations, with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Preferred: PHR or SHRM-CP certification
