Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist responsible for managing the onboarding process for new employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring timely completion of all pre-employment checks and documentation
  • Coordinate onboarding schedules and facilitate orientation sessions, training programs, and meetings with stakeholders
  • Provide ongoing support to new hires, addressing questions and conducting regular check-ins to ensure smooth integration into the team
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 2-4 years of related experience in onboarding or human resources
  • Basic understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g., HIPAA)
  • Experience in maintaining documentation for legal compliance in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Ability to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders effectively
