Credentialing Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Credentialing - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Credentialing Department, ensuring production standards are met
• Coach and motivate employees to meet key performance standards and manage disciplinary actions
• Develop standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity within the credentialing team

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 4 years of experience in credentialing
• Knowledge of Medicaid, CMS, NCQA, and other credentialing regulations
• Experience in leading employees in a production-related role
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
