A company is looking for an HRIS and Compensation Specialist based in the Pacific/Mountain Time Zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily HRIS operations, including security access, maintenance, and integrity of HR systems
- Prepare and maintain employee and position data, ensuring data integrity and supporting HR applications
- Administer and maintain the organization's compensation program, ensuring compliance with pay practices and regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of HRIS technology experience, preferably in Compensation Management
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Power Platform and database management
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with HRIS implementation and upgrades
- HRIP certification is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
