Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; experience may substitute for degree
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and organizational development
- At least 3 years in a strategic HR Business Partner role
- Proficiency in HRIS and HR analytics tools
