A company is looking for a Workday Benefits Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide system administration, design, configuration, enhancement, and deployment support for the Workday Benefits workstream
- Lead the ongoing design, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of the Workday HRMS application
- Train and mentor new technical users and develop user procedures and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Four years of programming or systems analysis and design experience; a master's degree may substitute for two years
- 3-5 years of experience as a Benefits lead for Workday implementation and production support
- Deep knowledge of the Workday Benefits module; experience with additional modules is a plus
- Hands-on configuration experience within Workday Benefits
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, with advanced Excel skills required
