Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration of employee benefits globally
- Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding benefits and leave inquiries
- Assist with the rollout of new benefits programs and manage benefit plan renewals
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in benefits administration or a similar HR role
- Experience with global benefits is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience in high-volume benefits administration is a plus
- Legal right to work in the country where the position is based
