A company is looking for a Leave of Absence Administrative Specialist to support LOA and time-off programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Review team member leave cases and monitor due dates for timely actions
- Respond to manager requests and manage status changes in employee records
- Assist with leave notifications, audits, and ensure compliance with timecard completion
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Leave of Absence administration (FMLA, disability, time-off programs) required
- Strong knowledge of LOA processes and compliance requirements
- Prior use of UKG PRO or similar HRIS systems strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
