Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Manager to lead talent acquisition efforts within a high-growth insurance organization.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; insurance-related education or certification is a plus
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a management or lead role
  • Experience recruiting within the insurance industry
  • Strong understanding of insurance-related job functions and regulatory hiring requirements
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
