Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a structured Rhythm of Business (RoB) for strategic planning and collaboration
- Translate data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making and measure the impact of HR investments
- Provide consultation on fiscal planning, vendor strategy, and budget management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience in financial management, project management, or human resources
- 3+ years of program management experience
- Master's Degree in a relevant field and 6+ years of experience in related roles is preferred
- Experience in strategic thinking and structured problem-solving
- Analytical fluency in HR data to derive insights and drive decisions
