Key Responsibilities
  • Provide employee support and manage employee relations, including performance management and off-boarding procedures
  • Coordinate talent management and onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with organizational needs
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and compliance auditing while leading the development of HR policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field plus 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Advanced emotional intelligence to manage interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically
  • Fundamental working knowledge of HRIS
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality
