A company is looking for a Human Resource Manager to support HR functions and serve as a remote HR Manager for assigned sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide employee support and manage employee relations, including performance management and off-boarding procedures
- Coordinate talent management and onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with organizational needs
- Administer payroll, benefits, and compliance auditing while leading the development of HR policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field plus 5+ years of relevant experience
- Advanced emotional intelligence to manage interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically
- Fundamental working knowledge of HRIS
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality
