Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of progressive People/HR experience, preferably in startup or high-growth organizations
- 3+ years in a Business Partner or strategic People Partner role
- Experience in a remote-first environment, particularly with tech and growth teams
- Strong business acumen with a data-oriented approach
- High emotional intelligence and effective coaching skills
