Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate People Technology Analyst to manage people technology systems in a service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain the organization's people technology software systems, including user setup and security permissions
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to the people technology system to maximize efficiency
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to system functionality and data integrity
Required Qualifications and Education
- Understanding of HRIS systems, including system setup and reporting
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills
- Experience with Workday HCM is a plus
- Experience with HRIS system implementation preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred
