Talent Development Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent, Learning & Culture Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy culture workshops, trainings, and programs to enhance organizational retention and development
• Act as a partner for strategic planning of leadership retreats and large meetings for local leadership teams
• Support talent initiatives, including talent reviews and employee surveys, while coordinating development requests from operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
• Practitioner-level expertise in learning & development and talent management initiatives
• Strong project management skills and experience in a matrix organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, especially PowerPoint and Excel
