A company is looking for a Talent, Learning & Culture Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy culture workshops, trainings, and programs to enhance organizational retention and development
- Act as a partner for strategic planning of leadership retreats and large meetings for local leadership teams
- Support talent initiatives, including talent reviews and employee surveys, while coordinating development requests from operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
- Practitioner-level expertise in learning & development and talent management initiatives
- Strong project management skills and experience in a matrix organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, especially PowerPoint and Excel
