- Act as a senior HR expert for complex employee relations matters, particularly in Dutch employment law
- Draft country-specific HR information and provide training to internal teams on HR topics
- Contribute to cross-functional projects to support the company's mission of global hiring
Required Qualifications
- Deep employee relations expertise in the Netherlands with hands-on experience in complex cases
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- 6+ years of ER & HR generalist experience
- Cross-country HR experience with a global focus
- Experience partnering with Dutch Works Councils
