Required Qualifications and Education
  • High School diploma or GED with eight years of Talent Acquisition experience, or a Bachelor's degree with five years of related experience
  • Knowledge of sourcing methodologies and compliance with employment laws
  • Experience with Workday Recruiter is a plus
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment processes
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to manage competing demands
