Required Qualifications and Education
- High School diploma or GED with eight years of Talent Acquisition experience, or a Bachelor's degree with five years of related experience
- Knowledge of sourcing methodologies and compliance with employment laws
- Experience with Workday Recruiter is a plus

- Proven organizational skills and ability to manage competing demands
