Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leave Management Specialist to provide administration and support for leave of absence services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle leave administration for assigned clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with HR teams, managers, and employees regarding leave policies
- Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to leaves of absence
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leave of absence administration for mid to large size companies
- Experience working with clients, including C-level executives
- Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations related to leaves of absence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with leave management systems
- Ability to speak and write in Spanish is a plus
