Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist Consultant to provide comprehensive HR support and expertise to various clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique HR requirements and provide expert guidance on HR topics
• Develop and implement tailored HR policies and assist in employee relations and conflict resolution
• Support talent acquisition processes and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in consulting or professional services
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
• Expertise in CA employment laws required
• Proven experience in HR consulting or generalist roles, with knowledge of HR best practices and regulations
