Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Representative, HR Services (Tier 2).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide counsel and guidance to leaders on HR policies, performance management, and associate relations
- Review and approve involuntary separation requests and facilitate ADA Interactive conversations
- Assist in evaluating HR training needs and recommend policy changes based on analytics
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of HR experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Ability to work independently
- Strong analytical and customer service skills
