Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in healthcare or clinical roles
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring in competitive markets
- Strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of labor laws and recruitment compliance requirements
