A company is looking for a Clinical Internal Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume clinical positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical roles, from job posting to offer acceptance
• Proactively source candidates and maintain a strong, qualified candidate pipeline
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in healthcare or clinical roles
• Proven success in sourcing and hiring in competitive markets
• Strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of labor laws and recruitment compliance requirements
