Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs including health, welfare, and retirement plans
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while providing technical expertise in health and welfare plans
- Oversee communication and documentation of benefits plans, ensuring clarity and accuracy for employees
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; degree in Human Resources or Risk Management preferred
- Minimum 7 years of benefits-related experience required
- Comprehensive knowledge of health and welfare plan design and relevant legislation
- Experience managing large-scale health and wellness plans for 5,000-10,000 employees
- Progressive leadership experience of analysts and administrators required
