- Process employment changes and manage offboarding workflows while maintaining accurate records
- Analyze HR data trends and provide insights to stakeholders and senior management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 3-5 years of experience in HR Shared Services, Operations, or HRIS
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Strong technical knowledge related to HR metrics and analysis
- Expertise in Excel, including formulas, vlookups, and pivot tables
