Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter III for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a pooling req/pipeline designed to hire up to 80 candidates
- Meet with candidates to answer initial questions and vet for suitability
- Build and report on tracking mechanisms to provide visibility to the pipeline
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in the field or related area
- Familiarity with various concepts, practices, and procedures in recruiting
- Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks
- Previous team leadership experience preferred
