Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter III for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a pooling req/pipeline designed to hire up to 80 candidates
• Meet with candidates to answer initial questions and vet for suitability
• Build and report on tracking mechanisms to provide visibility to the pipeline

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in the field or related area
• Familiarity with various concepts, practices, and procedures in recruiting
• Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Ability to perform a variety of tasks
• Previous team leadership experience preferred
