Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead, HRIS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the Workday HCM system expert and primary point-of-contact for support of business processes, integrations, reporting, and dashboards
  • Develop system reporting and analytics to assist HR business partners in identifying trends and empowering leadership decision-making
  • Manage and update security permissions, access, and settings for HRIS users while ensuring compliance with data security and privacy requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Capital, Information Systems, or comparable work experience
  • 5+ years of technical architecture experience with HR technology systems
  • Strong configuration knowledge of Workday HCM, including Core HCM, Time and Attendance Management, and Benefits and Compensation
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, Sheets)
  • Experience project managing, including partnering with stakeholders and using project management tools such as Jira
