Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma with 10+ years of HR experience
- 7+ years of HR Generalist experience
- Experience as a business partner supporting executive-level clients
- Proven ability to build relationships across various organizational levels
- Experience supporting a geographically diverse client group
