Key Responsibilities

• Provide HR business support through thought partnership and coaching to all organizational levels
• Partner with senior management to offer strategic direction on staffing, talent development, and employee relations
• Develop and implement engagement plans that align with company culture and values

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma with 10+ years of HR experience
• 7+ years of HR Generalist experience
• Experience as a business partner supporting executive-level clients
• Proven ability to build relationships across various organizational levels
• Experience supporting a geographically diverse client group
