Vice President of Human Resources

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Align HR with business strategy to support company goals
• Manage HR due diligence and integration plans during mergers and acquisitions
• Drive cultural change and enhance the employee experience across a global workforce

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
• 10-15 years of experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
• 3+ years of experience supporting a SaaS business
• 3+ years of experience in M&A, involved in 2-3 transactions in an HR capacity
• Highly proficient with HRIS tools such as Rippling, Deel, BambooHR, or Gusto
