Key Responsibilities
- Align HR with business strategy to support company goals
- Manage HR due diligence and integration plans during mergers and acquisitions
- Drive cultural change and enhance the employee experience across a global workforce
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
- 10-15 years of experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- 3+ years of experience supporting a SaaS business
- 3+ years of experience in M&A, involved in 2-3 transactions in an HR capacity
- Highly proficient with HRIS tools such as Rippling, Deel, BambooHR, or Gusto
