Key Responsibilities
- Lead state and national projects related to workplace compliance issues
- Prepare, revise, and update client handbooks and related documentation under attorney supervision
- Support attorneys in delivering exceptional client service regarding compliance matters
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Human Resource experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a Human Resources Certificate
- Thorough understanding of federal and state employment laws
- Experience in writing and administering handbook policies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
