A company is looking for a Multi-State Handbook Compliance Professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead state and national projects related to workplace compliance issues
• Prepare, revise, and update client handbooks and related documentation under attorney supervision
• Support attorneys in delivering exceptional client service regarding compliance matters

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Human Resource experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a Human Resources Certificate
• Thorough understanding of federal and state employment laws
• Experience in writing and administering handbook policies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
