Senior Manager, Hire-to-Retire

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Hire-to-Retire, to oversee the end-to-end HTR process for a Med Tech Customer organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of HTR processes, ensuring effective execution and service delivery excellence
• Manage the transformation of HTR processes by implementing best-in-class tools and technologies
• Design and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during transformations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• At least 5 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or BPO environments in a senior leadership role
• Expertise in driving organizational transformation and stakeholder engagement
• Familiarity with HR technologies (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and automation tools
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities
