Key Responsibilities
- Leads recruitment activities for moderately visible and moderately difficult jobs
- Conducts strategy meetings with hiring managers to clarify processes and provide updates
- Serves as a subject matter expert on recruitment trends and tools
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, 2 years of recruitment experience within healthcare or related fields
- 2 years of recruitment experience
- Experience with process improvement
- Fluency in at least one applicant tracking system
