Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads recruitment activities for moderately visible and moderately difficult jobs
• Conducts strategy meetings with hiring managers to clarify processes and provide updates
• Serves as a subject matter expert on recruitment trends and tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
• In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, 2 years of recruitment experience within healthcare or related fields
• 2 years of recruitment experience
• Experience with process improvement
• Fluency in at least one applicant tracking system
