Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and select software for payroll execution, ensuring compliance with local regulations
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution and prepare internal payroll reports
- Act as a subject matter expert for payroll and HR processes, addressing complex inquiries from employees and clients
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years of payroll and HR experience in the relevant country
- Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations and policies
- Advanced knowledge of local payroll software solutions
- Experience managing technology and external payroll providers is an advantage
