Key Responsibilities
- Proactively search and identify tech talent through various channels
- Manage the complete recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting tech profiles, preferably in dynamic or tech environments
- Good understanding of the tech ecosystem, including programming languages and emerging technologies
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS systems
- Analytical mindset to assess recruitment data and metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
