Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively search and identify tech talent through various channels
• Manage the complete recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruiting tech profiles, preferably in dynamic or tech environments
• Good understanding of the tech ecosystem, including programming languages and emerging technologies
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS systems
• Analytical mindset to assess recruitment data and metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
