Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the global HR systems portfolio and lead digital transformation efforts
• Develop and execute a comprehensive people analytics strategy for talent management
• Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance HR processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in HR, HRIS, or People Operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• 6+ years of experience as a Workday professional in a global organization
• Proven experience in people analytics and HR technology management
• Strong understanding of AI applications in HR and relevant tools/platforms
