Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the global HR systems portfolio and lead digital transformation efforts

- Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance HR processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in HR, HRIS, or People Operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- 6+ years of experience as a Workday professional in a global organization
- Proven experience in people analytics and HR technology management
- Strong understanding of AI applications in HR and relevant tools/platforms
