A company is looking for a People Partner (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the Headquarters team, senior leadership, and the People Team
- Advocate for Headquarters staff to ensure they have necessary tools and resources
- Build and implement core People programs and manage employee relations cases
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in a People/HR role
- Strong competence in core HR areas and knowledge of employment laws
- Ability to coach, mentor, and advise employees and management
- Proficient HRIS experience, preferably with Workday
