Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage the data layer for performance, integrating various data sources and developing predictive models
- Enable and equip managers with training and real-time insights for proactive performance management
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in building and managing performance management systems in high-talent-density environments
- Strong foundation in industrial-organizational psychology, organizational design, or data-driven performance analytics
- Ability to design both human systems and data models
- Proven cross-functional leadership skills, partnering with various organizational departments
- Experience in applying insights into operational changes, demonstrating a bias for action
