Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions for streamlined processes

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in program management, business operations, or enablement roles
• Preferred experience in a matrixed or global organization
• Background in strategic planning or business transformation is a plus
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority
• Familiarity with operational frameworks and tools (e.g., OKRs, PowerBI, automation)
