Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in program management, business operations, or enablement roles
- Preferred experience in a matrixed or global organization
- Background in strategic planning or business transformation is a plus
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority
- Familiarity with operational frameworks and tools (e.g., OKRs, PowerBI, automation)
