- Manage candidate flow throughout the recruitment process, including resume review and interview scheduling
- Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract talent
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates while reporting on sourcing and recruiting trends
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high volume or healthcare-related fields
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google applications
- Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and build relationships
- Self-motivated with a creative approach to sourcing candidates
