Required Qualifications

  • Extensive generalist background in talent and organizational development, employee relations, and performance management
  • Experience building and managing innovative organizational development programs
  • High proficiency in data interpretation and analysis to drive business outcomes
  • Strong strategic consulting and relationship-building skills within the HR function and across the company
