Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HRBP role in a high-growth tech company
- Extensive generalist background in talent and organizational development, employee relations, and performance management
- Experience building and managing innovative organizational development programs
- High proficiency in data interpretation and analysis to drive business outcomes
- Strong strategic consulting and relationship-building skills within the HR function and across the company
